BUXTON, N.C. (AP) -- Forecasters say Hurricane Irene could impact 65 million people along the Eastern Seaboard if it travels along the shore. One of the nation's top experts calls it his "nightmare" scenario. Such a path would bring misery to every city along the I-95 corridor, including Washington, New York and Boston.
