FREEPORT (WIFR) -- Cleanup efforts from last week's storm are just about wrapped up in Stephenson and Jo Daviess Counties. And now families are getting the chance to report the damage to those who could officially help.
Freeport City Hall was the place to be today for anyone that was affected by last weeks flooding. City and county officials hope damage assessment reports will help the area receive state funding to pay for clean up efforts.
Residents and business owners are asked to document their damage by taking photos and keeping receipts for clean up efforts.
