Georgia's Six Flags amusement park looked more like a water park Tuesday.
The west Georgia theme park is under several feet of water, and aerial shots from CBS affiliate WGCL chopper show a towering roller coasters peeking out of murky brown flood waters.
Park representative Kendell Kelton said the attraction is still planning to
open Saturday, but said workers will be checking the water levels and tracking conditions before revving up again.
The storms dumped more than a foot of rain on parts of metro Atlanta after days of sustained rainfall had already left much of the city waterlogged.
