The seemingly never ending winter struck northern Michigan again Tuesday (3/25/08).
Forecasters predicted about two to five inches of new snow would fall over the lower peninsula of Michigan's upper-half. Drivers had a difficult time on the morning commutes. High winds combined with the snow created blowing and drifting conditions from Traverse City to Cadillac.
Forecasters said the snow would taper off and turn to rain as the air
temperature gradually exceeded the low 30's.
