In the community of Lancaster Texas Tuesday (3/18), rescue crews took to small rafts to pull residents out of flooded homes.
The area just South of Dallas took a pounding from heavy storms most of Tuesday. No injuries were reported, and residents were taken to higher ground.
A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for all of North Texas through Wednesday morning. Some areas, like Parker, Palo Pinto and Wise Counties, already have received 2 to 3 inches of rain, with more on the way.
