Thank you for letting us know that a snow emergency will be in effect by 8 pm on january 21. This will help us avoid parking tickets LAST MONTH when we are able to subscribe to time travel, since it is now February 11!!!!! or, oh... did your IT guy quit in january? (Editor's note: Past stories including those about "Snow Emergencies" remain available on line for several days. Please note that subsequent after the January 21 "Snow Emergency" are also still available.)

I don't understand why harlem no matter if with the wind chill its -27 outside and they still make our children go to school.I bet that if we have the snow we are supposed to get harlem will still make the kids go to school.well i understand they had the strike but they do not need to make the kids suffer in school because of the strike.
