Learn from a life-long practitioner and take time for yourself to relax in either a prone or seated position. Discover techniques to focus and meditate as Dr. Shanti shares ways to take this practice into your daily life. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or rug, a blanket, and if you have them, an eye pillow and earplugs.
Regular Fee: $13/class Members' Fee $12/class. For men and women ages 14 to Adult.
