Smokebrakers is an individualized program that begins with an assessment of your smoking or tobacco use patterns, and can be used along with popular stop-smoking techniques like gum, the graduated nicotine patch or medication. It does not employ guilt or shocking images in its approach; it helps participants create and stick to a solid plan for success in quitting smoking for good.
Smokebrakers is $60.
