The Haven Network is pleased to announce that they are hosting Thomas Zuba, author of “Permission to Mourn: A New Way to Do Grief” on Monday, October 19, 2015. The event starts at 6:30pm at First Free Rockford located at 2223 North Mulford Road.

Tom Zuba offers tools, knowledge and wisdom to those learning to live with the death of someone they love. Tom will teach you how to create a safe, sacred space where healing can occur. Everyone grieves. Most have forgotten how to mourn. In order to heal, we must give ourselves permission to mourn. Once you understand the difference between grief and mourning you can identify and begin to take concrete steps to gently heal your broken heart.

Tickets are $5.00 and can be purchased online at www.ticketor.com/thehavennetwork. Tickets will also be for sale at the door.
