The onset of early memory loss creates many questions and challenges for both the person experiencing memory loss and their supporters. . This program provides an overview of memory loss, common signs and symptoms, and the diagnostic process, and will focus on coping strategies and identifying helpful resources. Topics covered include non-medical practices for maintaining well-being through caring for one’s body, mind, and relationships.
This program is 1.5 hours, which includes time for questions and answers.
