ROSCOE (WIFR) -- Dave Benjamin launched Hot Box Grills last year. The Roscoe entrepreneur says he wanted a portable charcoal grill that had a large grilling area, could be assembled quickly without tools and compact enough to fit into his trunk. The grill comes in two sizes, and Benjamin says sales are already hot.
