Homes in our area are selling for tens of thousands of dollars less than they did a few years ago, and one homeowner has gotten so fed-up they sold for a dollar seventy five. A Chicago woman bought the home, which was abandoned on E Bay. It's in Saginaw, Michigan, which has been hit hard by economic times. The owner has never seen it, nor plans to move there. She hopes to re-sell it when things get better. The only catch is she'll have to pay more than one-thousand dollars in back taxes and yard clean-up costs.
