Christopher Norman, better known as Chris, started January 2008 as a News Photographer, and is now also a one man band reporter.

Chris graduated Northern Illinois University 2007 with a B.S. in Journalism with a minor in political science. While at NIU, Chris was a Reporter/Editor at the Northern Star newspaper. He was also a Reporter/Anchor/Producer at NTC, the student television station. Highlights of his college journalism career: coving Barack Obama’s announcement that he was running for president, the shutdown of Cavel International in DeKalb, and a battle between students and the city of DeKalb over liquor prices.

Some of Chris' hobbies include: Film Criticism, Reading, Technology, and Cooking of a Budget

And a few little known facts about Chris are that he is from a military family, he was born in California, has lived in six states since, and attended 10 schools. He originally planned on becoming a marine biologist while going to high school in Florida, but all that changed when he moved to the rolling plains of Illinois.
