Name: Dani Steffa Height: 6'0" School: Oregon Year: Sr. Position: Outside Hitter About: Dani Steffa was a key contributor to Oregon's successful program for four years. While at Oregon, Dani helped the team accomplish four straight Big Northern West Conference Championships, four straight Regional Champions, Two trips to Sectional Finals, One Sectional Championship, and four 30+ win seasons. She is a four year all conference player, earning unanimous all-conference in 2007 and 2006. She was an all-state honorable mention in 2006, as well as Sauk Valley News Player of the Year. She had over 1,000 career kills. Besides being a very talented athlete, she was a team leader and captain her junior and senior year. Dani was a respectful athlete with a great work ethic and love for volleyball. It has been a pleasure to work with Dani for 6 years (2 years before high school) and I know that she will be successful in the future. - Oregon Head Coach Christy Sitze   I would echo those comments by Coach Sitze and add Dani is a respected student with strong leadership qualities.
