Her dedication to the sport in the off-season has proven to be her greatest asset. Erika has improved the most of any player I have ever seen over a two year period. She has a great positive attitude and is continually encouraging her teammates throughout a match. Her serve receive capabilities kept us in many matches this year and her defensive play is what Belvidere Volleyball is all about.
