FREEPORT (WIFR) -- FHN is supporting three area high schools’ plans for special games for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.
On Wednesday, Oct. 3, the Eastland Cougars will host the West Carroll Thunder for the NUIC Dig Pink Night.
On Tuesday, Oct. 9, the Warren Lady Warriors will host the Galena Pirates.
On Thursday, Oct. 11, the Freeport Lady Pretzels will host the Rockford Jefferson J-Hawks.
FHN is proud to support these schools’ effort to increase awareness of breast cancer, and wishes all the teams participating – home and away – good luck!
