SOUTH BELOIT (WIFR)-- Local All-Star cheerleading teams are preparing to start their competition season this month. Some already hitting the floor today.
The first annual "Jewl "bilee in South Beloit. Nine teams from Kids-Spot cheer are practicing in front of hundreds this weekend.
The event raises money for the program and helps prepare athletes for larger venues. The organization's Platinum Ice team is working towards competing globally.
