In Rockford, more than 40 cheer teams took to the floor at this year's 9th annual ICCA cheer invitational at Rockford East High School on Sunday. Teams qualified for a state competition in February, including the E-Rabs who took first in the large varsity division. The NIC-10 conference will be held this Thursday in Belvidere.
