Complete Nutrition of Rockford offered up an 8 week fitness challenge this past winter. Whoever could torch the most body fat or add the most lean muscle in 60 days would win a trip to Las Vegas. Close to a hundred people participated. Mitch Munns won the Get Fit Challenge after he lost a total of 46 percent of his body fat. Tyler Christopherson won the M.A.S.S. Challenge after he put on a staggering 20 pounds of muscle in just 8 weeks
