LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) -- The Chicago Bears have signed safety Mark LeGree to a one-year contract.
LeGree was a fifth-round pick (156th overall) of the Seattle Seahawks out of Appalachian State last year. The 6-0, 210-pound safety spent parts of last season on the practice squads of the Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers and New York Jets.
The Bears on Monday also waived linebacker Ronnie Thornton.
