Woods Takes three-shot Lead into Final Round

Tiger Woods looks in great shape to win his 13th major title but first of this season. Woods fired a 1-under 69 for his third round at the 89th PGA Championship. That's good for a three-shot lead over Stephen Ames, who also shot 69.

Woods was coming off a round of 63, which ties for the lowest round ever in a major.

Woody Austin is in third place, four shots behind Austin. John Senden is five back with Ernie Els six off the pace.

The top five golfers all shot 69 in their third round. They are the only golfers under par for the final major of the season.
