Kenny Perry Hole-In-One

It's the nation's longest running free standing pro-am in the country, and because of that the Rockford Pro-Am always brings in a few big names.

Ken Duke just one of the pros who made the trip to Rockford today to participate in the one day tournament.

Another regular to the event...Billy Mayfair...Got his swings in as well...However the biggest swing of the day came from his guy, Kenny Perry. Kenny had a rough start to the day. He got hit in the side with a golfball during a scramble earlier. He was limping around a bit, it obviously didnt seem to faze him on hole #4. How bout it a hole in one, Perry's 39th of his career. We caught up with Perry after his amazing shot.

"PERRY: You could see the crowd just standing there watching. And you just think it's just rolling down there. All of a sudden the noise level just went up and up an up. I saw one guys arm go up in the arm and I knew it was going to be close and then it went in."

Last update we had...Ken Duke leads the tournament after 16 holes.
