Cubs Sweep Rockies

Mark DeRosa drove in three runs as the Chicago Cubs beat Colorado 6-to-4. The win gives the Cubs a six game winning streak, their longest in two years. With the Cubs up 1-to-nothing in the third, DeRosa slammed a three-run home run. The Rockies came back with two runs in the sixth and eighth innings on a two-run single by Brad Hawpe and two-run home run by Garrett Atkins.

Carlos Zambrano went the first six innings, allowing five hits and two runs to land his ninth win against six defeats. The loss was pegged on Jason Hirsh, who falls to 3-and-7
