Marshall has spent the last five seasons playing in the Arena Football League, most recently with the Grand Rapids Rampage.
The Ottawa University alum led the A-F-L last year with 23-hundred-74 all-purpose yards.
This season, before joining the Bears, Marshall led the league with 83 kick returns for 19-hundred-and-one yards and six touchdowns. He added eleven-hundred-34 receiving yards on 102 catches with 27 touchdowns. Terms of Marshall's contract weren't disclosed.
