And finally the Soap Box Derby is back in Rockford after a 5-year hiatus. Today racers tested out their rides on Laude Dr. Some of the paint jobs on these cars were just spectacular. I'm also amazed how these racers can even see...It just likes like a helmet on top of the car...But there really isn't too much steering involved so i guess thats ok....there were a few local racers in this derby.
