A Cook County judge today ruled that Johnson violated his probation in a 2005 gun case.
Johnson was taken into custody immediately following the hearing in a Skokie court.
Cook County Circuit Judge John Moran also ruled that Johnson will have to pay a 25-hundred dollar fine.
The judge could have put Johnson behind bars for up to a year.
