WHERE: Fishing: Rock River - Rockton Dam south to Belt Line Road Bridge. Fishing from shore or boat. Rod and Reel only.
Weigh-in & Award Ceremonies: At Verdi Club at conclusion of each flight. Attendance prize drawings for each flight, including $1,000 cash drawing (all Adult registrants only) following the 2nd flight. Paid tournament registrants are eligible. Food & Beverages will be available.

1. Mail-in: Forms available at Gander Mountain, Q98.5 Radio Station web site www.q985online.com , The Verdi Club & area outdoor stores and bait shops. Must be postmarked by Midnight, Tuesday July 14 and received by Friday, July 17, 7:00 p.m.
2. On-site registration at Dora’s Bait Shop (2725 Kilburn-Rockford), Rockford Bait (2822 11th Street-Rockford), The Verdi Club (782 N. Madison-Rockford) and A’s Bait (704 ½ Locust St-Belvidere).
3. On-site registration at Rockford’s Gander Mountain store July 15, 16 and 17 and The Verdi Club July 18, 5:00-6:00 a.m.
4. Adults $5, Children 15 and under $2.

WHY: $1.00 from each entry goes to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
