Matt Treanor achieved a career high in RBIs with one swing, hitting a three-run homer to help the Florida Marlins complete a three-game sweep by beating the Milwaukee Brewers 7-2 in Miami.

The Brewers' losing streak now is at six games, their longest this year.

Jorge Cantu also homered for the first-place Marlins, who won their fourth game in a row and matched their best start after 34 games (20-14).

Milwaukee stranded 11 runners against four Florida pitchers.

Carlos Villanueva (1-4) allowed seven runs in five innings to remain winless since his first start of the season April 4. His ERA rose to 6.46.

Trailing 3-1, Villanueva was a strike from retiring the side in order in the fifth, then gave up four runs.

Dan Uggla walked on a 3-2 pitch, Gonzalez reached on an infield single, Wes Helms singled home a run and Treanor hit hisree-run homer off the foul-pole screen, his first.
