The Milwaukee Brewers losing streak is now at five games.

Florida Marlins rookie Burke Badenhop pitched 5 and two-thirds innings tonight and got his first major league victory in a 6-2 win over the Brewers in Miami.

The Brewers' record has dropped below .500 for the first time this season with the loss.

They've totaled seven hits in the first two games of the series, and they've scored eight runs in five games this year against the Marlins.

Jorge Cantu and Dan Uggla hit back-to-back homers for Florida. Hanley Ramirez singled twice, walked twice and scored twice.

Badenhop (1-2) gave up five hits and two runs. He had a season-high seven strikeouts and walked only one.

The Brewers scored on a two-run homer by Rickie Weeks in the sixth inning, after Jason Kendall got an infield single.

Brewers starter Dave Bush (0-4) gave up six runs in six innings.
