It was an all out celebration today at Haskell's Year Round Academy in Rockford to celebrate their success on 2008 standardized testing.

A parade was organized to reward students, staff, and all others involved for a job well done. The school made adequate yearly progress on tests taken back in March which means for the first time in seven years, Haskell is no longer on state and federal academic watch and warning lists.

Since 2003, Haskell has increased it's I-SAT scores by 40% and math scores by 30%.
