Local students are getting some new digs to play around on.

New playgrounds were just put up at both Rockton Grade School and Whitman Post Elementary. The PTO and Rockton School Board raised about 80 thousand dollars for the new equipment.

Kids will get to try out the new grounds starting Wednesday.
