| Stuffed Peppers By Lino's |
| Ingredients Needed: 8 Medium to Large sized green , red , yellow, or orange Peppers Cut the tops off the peppers , remove cores and seeds. Save the tops , cores and set aside with peppers. Stuffing 3 Pounds Ground Turkey, Beef, Veal, Pork or any combination 1 Onion finely chopped 5 Garlic Cloves minced 5 Eggs 2 cups of Milk 2 cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs ¾ cup Grated Cheese 1 cup Fresh Parsley chopped Tops (stems removed) and cores of Peppers chopped Tomato sauce to taste Pepper to taste |
| Directions: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into Pepper shells. Bake at 350 degrees for a hour and a half or peppers are soft. |
