Carrot Raisin Salad
Ingredients Needed:
2 lb. Carrots
1 2/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup raisins
2/3 cup crushed Pineapple
3 3/4 tb. Sugar
Directions:
Wash, peel, and julienne carrots and drain the pineapple. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, however it is even better to let it sit overnight. Another great way to have this recipe is to save yourself time and effort by picking it up at your neighborhod Logli Deli department, replacing the plastic container with your own fancy bowl.
