GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Through no fault of his own, Aaron Rodgers' relationship with Green Bay Packers fans got off to a rocky start in his first year as a starter.

Rodgers' major transgression: He wasn't Brett Favre.

But with Favre now poised to run out of the Lambeau Field tunnel on Sunday wearing the purple uniform of the division rival Minnesota Vikings -- making him Benedict Brett to a significant portion of Packers fans -- Rodgers says he now feels completely embraced.

And what's not to like? Going into Sunday's game, Rodgers ranks among the top 10 in virtually every major NFL statistical category for quarterbacks. That's despite being sacked 25 times in six games, the NFL's second-worst team total.

And Rodgers believes his best days are ahead of him.
