Governor Quinn paid his respects today to those lost in the plane crash that killed Poland's President.
Quinn and several members of the Illinois National Guard went to the polish consulate in Chicago to sign a book of condolences. Quinn also stopped to view the makeshift memorial has been set up outside the consulate. Chicago has the largest polish population of any city other than Warsaw.
