Clinton Prepares For WI Primary

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton says Wisconsin voters have to decide Tuesday whether they want a president who will fight for them back in the White House.

Clinton told a Democratic Party dinner in Milwaukee she knows the choice between her and Sen. Barack Obama isn't an easy one. She says both will make history, either as the first black or female Democratic presidential nominees.

But she says the real issue isn't who will make history but who is best suited to solve major problems such as ending the war in Iraq and improving the economy.

If elected, she says she'd wake up every day trying to make those changes "with determination, backbone and, yes, toughness."
