Obama To Visit Wisconsin

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Senator Barack Obama is coming to Madison this week.

A campaign spokesman for the Illinois senator and Democratic presidential candidate says Obama will be at UW-Madison's Kohl Center for a rally on Tuesday.

That would mark his first Wisconsin campaign stop of the year.

The event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6:15 p.m.

Obama is locked in a landmark struggle with New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton for the party's presidential nomination.

In related news, Clinton's campaign says she has accepted an invitation to debate at Marquette University in Milwaukee. Obama's campaign hasn't said whether Obama will participate.

Clinton's campaign says no date has been set for the debate.

Wisconsin's primary is February 19th.
