UPDATE: Blagojevich Jurors Expected to Clarify Deadlock

CHICAGO (WIFR) -- The jury still must decide on 22 other counts.

Eleven of those are wire fraud charges. Jurors appear to be deadlocked on the remaining eleven counts. Judge James Zagel says he wants the jury to continue deliberating the wire fraud charges.

After hearing Zagel's decision the former Illinois Governor actually had nothing to say and his Attorney Sam Adam Sr. refused to address the latest developments.

Earlier in the week suggested such lengthy deliberations could indicate there will be a hung jury.

"What do I think? I think, obviously, there are some people for us, some people against us and we have no idea whether it's eleven-to-one or six-to-six or what the lineup is." said Adams Senior.

Today marks day 12 of jury deliberations.

He may or may not be guilty. The State had to prove their case. Because this is taking so long tends to point at a weak presentation by prosecutors.

This guy is a piece of garbage and I hope he is found guilty like Li said he has cost the state of Illinois to much already and he is probably using some of your taxpayer $$$ that he saved up to pay off certain jurors. This case is not the hardest one in the world and I don't feel bad for Rob or his wife because they are both guilty of doing and knowing of illegal activity unfortunately for the kids they have to have parents like this who are another bad example of upstanding citizens.

This is ridiculous...I can't believe it is taking so long to find him guilty. The more time it takes, and if it is a mistrial we the tax payers keep paying!! How much money is wasted becuase of him...He cost us a lot when in office and now costing us while we try to convict! Meanwhile he acts like a celebrity and is treated like one...COME ON ILLINOIS RESIDENTS END THIS!!
