ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Police have a 17-year-old man in custody after he was caught running away from a stolen car in a park early Tuesday morning.
Police arrested Alexis Ramos after he was spotted driving a silver Hyundai which had been stolen just hours before from the 1400 block of 24th Street.
