UPDATE: Keith Wallace has been located. November 12th.

ROCKFORD (WIFR) – Rockford Police are asking for your help in finding a missing person. Keith Wallace of Rockford is 74 years old and was last seen on the 2900 block of Foilage Lane at 5 p.m. Saturday evening.

Wallace drives a green Dodge Van with the license plate 5275MM. He is further described as a white man, 5’ 7” tall and approximately 175 pounds. Wallace suffers from Dementia and Diabetes and does not have the medication that he needs.

He is still missing as of 8 a.m. November 12th.
