ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Rockford Police officers will be out and about Wednesday on the city's Northwest side.
It's part of 23 News Operation Safer Street's "Cops on the Block" campaign. Officers will be meeting with residents on the corner of North Winnebago Street and Midway Drive.
