Rockford has a great police department with outstanding, dedicated police officers. It's to bad they are hampered by by a second class mayor and a third rate chief.

If found guilty he should go to prison for a long time. Enough of this! Thugs preying on hard working people, innocent people who's only crime is living in a housing, or working someplace, or being in a parking lot. These thugs need to be stopped.
