ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Ged Trias, Associate Director of Design for Larson & Darby Group, received several certifications at the 2013 Autodesk University Conference which was held in Las Vegas from December 3-5. Autodesk University brings together creative pioneers across the spectrum of industries and professions to discuss the principles and practices that are transforming design in today's world.
A sought after designer known for his award winning design work and skilled use of specialized software tools, Trias became 1 of only 37 people in the United States currently certified as a 2014 3dsMax Professional. His accreditations also include 2014 Revit User and 2014 AutoCAD Professional certifications. His computer generated renderings have been featured in a number of local and regional publications including the Rockford Register Star, Northwest Quarterly magazine, and AUGI World. His work has also been featured in advertisements for software producer Autodesk, Inc.
A 20-year veteran of the firm, Trias is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of design direction. He has been involved in a wide variety of project types serving as project and senior designer on large and small scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential project types.
