(AP) -- Chrysler Group LLC says its U.S. sales fell 8 percent last month compared with a year earlier, even though it matched some of Toyota's incentives.
Chrysler says its sales were propped up last March by heavy incentive spending, which was lower this year.
Chrysler's results were in contrast to other major automakers who saw double-digit increases. Last year's sales hit a nearly 30-year low.
Chrysler's car sales dropped 3 percent while truck sales fell 10 percent.
