23 News housing expert Steve Bois says as demand for homes in our area picks up realtors will have to cater to the needs of buyers and sellers through the internet. Bois adds one of the biggest changes he is seeing is house hunters are skipping opening houses and instead heading to the net to search. Studies show nearly three out of four homebuyers now use the web as a tool when searching for a home.
