Drinking Coffee Can Improve Our Health

"I just really like coffee."

Sarene Alsharif says a cup of coffee a day keeps the doctor away.

A study in the Archives of Internal Medicine says people who drink 3 to 4 cups of black coffee a day are 25% less likely to develop Type II Diabetes.

"A very big source of antioxidants, so antioxidants we think help decrease damage to cells that would be probably the reason why we see decreased risk for cancer."

Doctor Eric Trautmann says several cups of Joe a day can even make us less likely to develop some cancers. He says decrease Liver Cancer by possibly 40%, Endometrial Cancer 25%, Prostate Cancer 20% and Oral Cancer by 20%.

Kiara Morgan says her java helps her fight depression.

"I know it's a natural anti depressant so that's also one of the reasons I like to drink it."

It doesn't stop there. A Harvard study says the black stuff can help us live longer.
