Car Burglary Suspects in Custody

ROCKFORD (WIFR)-- Two people are in jail and three others remain on the loose after police identify the suspects involved in an increase in car burglaries on the city's Eastside. Five men and women stole purses and wallets found inside of vehicles parked at not only restaurants, but a church. Michael Lewis and Spencer Parks are now in custody. Arrest warrants were issued for the following three suspects.

Fred Curtis, 39 years of age, Rockford, Il
Candice Vaccaro, 30 years of age, Rockford, Il.
Carmen Creamer, 42 years of age, Rockford, Il.

The burglaries occurred earlier this month outside of Shogun, Golden Corral, and Temple Baptist Church.

    Unfortunately the fences that laundered thousands from the stolen debit cards are deemed as "victims" They go scott free.

    I would bet anyone my home against $100.00 that these guys get more time than the schmuck that embezzled 126K from associated bank.
