JANESVILLE (WIFR) – Rock County Sheriff's Department are investigating the death of a 52 year old woman found dead inside her home early Tuesday morning.
Police were approaching the residence on the 400 block of North Walnut Street to serve the resident court papers when they heard a gunshot inside.
SWAT team arrived to go inside the house to which they found the body. There were no other people inside the house.
