WISCONSIN (WIFR) – A Wisconsin State Patrol Officer pulled over a car for speeding early Thursday morning on I-90, mile marker 104.
After the officer retrieved the driver’s information he performed standard sobriety tests on 40 year old Kevin Del Valle of Reedsburg.
Del Valle failed the tests and was arrested for his 6th OWI.
