Wisconsin Enforces New Cell Phone Law

For those planning to cross state lines, make sure new drivers aren't talking or texting behind the wheel.

A new law went into effect today. Anyone with a temporary or probationary license is no longer allowed to use their cell phone while driving in Wisconsin.

If you're caught, you could be hit with a nearly 200 dollar fine.
