ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- A serious car accident occurred on Tuesday causing parts of Guilford Road to be shut down for several hours.
Police say a Chevy Trailblazer pulled out of the Mauh-Nah-Tee-See Country Club on Guilford Road when it was struck by a Cadillac heading westbound.
The two women involved in the accident were both transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
